ARH NA & NB Miata fan upgrades
CONTACT US IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A RADIATOR/SHROUD COMBO FOR A DISCOUNT (Except SuperMiata)
We are happy to offer our own fan solutions for NA, NB, and NC Miatas! Read below for information regarding options. Any fan upgrade will result in better AC performance as well as more stable track temperatures but reach out to us if you aren't sure which one is best for you.
These are offered with 3 levels of 12" SPAL fan pairs and with or without PNP wiring harness.* We recommend all of our fan systems be wired together as they share shroud space. Our wiring harness includes a fused relay module to make a dedicated power circuit for the fans that can be controlled by either the stock wiring or independent wiring of your choice (such as an on/off switch).
Shroud options:
NA Miata shroud: Designed on a Koyo & Mishimoto radiator, fitment not verified on others.
NB Miata shroud: Designed on a Koyo radiator, fitment not verified on others.
NA & NB SuperMiata: Designed specifically for the SuperMiata crossflow radiator.
All shrouds come powder coated black.
Fan options:
Level 1: Over 2200CFM. This system showed a 30% airflow increase over stock NA8 fans in our testing.**
Level 2: Over 2600CFM. This setup may cause idle issues with some NA Miatas. We do not recommend wiring this into stock fan power harnesses. This system showed a 44% average airflow increase over stock NA8 fans in our testing.**
Level 3: Over 2900CFM. Extreme duty. We do not recommend ordering this unless you have a PWM solution. The fan motors are exceptionally large on this model so it may cause fitment problems for some turbo piping systems. Please reach out to us BEFORE purchasing if you are unsure if it will fit.
**We tested fan options 1 and 2 vs stock NA8 fans here in this video: https://youtu.be/Bh3Fl2e_UfE?si=dopKwDw_AR_ONPMA
Designed in house, shrouds made in USA, powder coated locally by Coatings by Coates.
*We understand some may have their own solutions or want to DIY the wiring. We cannot take responsibility for improper wiring or function if you choose the no-wiring option.
