Kits are offered with SS braided PTFE lines or with no lines at all. If you select "no fuel lines" you will need to make your own. The kit instructions include recommended length to DIY.

Fuel return systems allow a constant flow of fuel to pass through the fuel rail at all times while the excess is returned back to the tank. The fuel rail pressure is maintained by a pressure regulator which is placed after the fuel rail. The constant flow allows instant on-demand fuel delivery to the injectors while the fuel pressure regulator keeps constant pressure in the injectors during any changes in demand or manifold pressure. This system is recommended for boosted motors or anybody experiencing uneven fuel distribution between cylinders. Not recommended for road race cars as it does not preserve the stock venturi system to retain fuel in the fuel bowl.

Fuel surge tank systems are fuel return systems but with a secondary smaller fuel tank and an additional pump in series with the factory unit. The stock fueling assembly is repurposed as a lift pump to keep the surge tank full at all times while the surge tank feeds the fuel rail. Fuel returning from the regulator goes to the surge tank and any overflow from the surge tank goes back to the main fuel tank. The surge tank only returns fuel to the main tank if it is completely filled. A surge tank fuel system is intended for conditions where the fuel tank will sustain high lateral forces causing starvation of the in-tank fuel pump. This system is recommended for road racers that run slicks and aero, drift cars, off-road builds, and anybody that would like to have some peace of mind with additional fuel capacity.

  1. The factory hard line is reused as a fuel return

  2. The factory hard line is NOT reused

  3. The surge tank is intended to be mounted in the trunk space in the interest of keeping the fuel container out of the main cabin and away from occupants. The pumps can be noisy.
