By popular request we are offering our aluminum baffle insert for use ONLY in aftermarket aluminum valve covers. We no longer offer the aluminum valve cover but if you choose to DIY one you will need to change out the plastic insert for aluminum as they will melt. We are also including a small chunk of bronze wool to stuff into the baffle segment. We suggest modifying your valve cover such that the breather port is located at the fore-most position in the breather channel. This is our intended design for using this baffle insert.
